工藝流程：
        無菌水通過自動流量閥進入板式換熱器，在進入脫氣塔之前，無菌水經過板式換熱器的熱回收預加熱至72度，用戶所要求的進入無菌水的流量在進去板式換熱器前通過控制柜并且自動控制，水在脫氣塔的頂部進行分流，按照與置換氣體逆向流動的要求從上往下流，置換氣體從氣塔底部通過泵送至板式換熱器的冷卻并達到所
要求的溫度，為了保證泵不至于吸空，在脫氣塔的底部設有液位控制以保持脫氣塔底部具有一定的液位
最終的脫氧水的碳酸化是通過二氧化碳噴射進冷卻段脫氧水進口實現的，最終的成品脫氧水通過換向閥被泵送到脫氧水儲罐。
